Director of Operations
The Director of Operations (DO) at Advanced Crisis Solutions is a leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that programs and services are delivered effectively and efficiently, and contributing to the development and implementation of strategic goals and plans.
Operations Coordinator
The Operations Coordinator (OC) manages administrative operations to ensure the organization functions efficiently and service delivery runs smoothly. Reporting to the Director of Operations and supervising the Operations Assistant, the OC supports scheduling, documentation, and office systems that enable frontline teams to focus on client care. Responsibilities include processing client and staff documentation, coordinating scheduling and logistics, managing office operations and supplies, supporting onboarding, generating operational reports, maintaining files, processing timesheets, and collaborating with leadership to improve workflows. Through strong organization and problem-solving, the OC creates the infrastructure that keeps daily operations aligned, compliant, and effective.
Operations Assistant
The Operations Assistant (OA) supports the Operations Coordinator with administrative and office management tasks to maintain efficient daily operations. Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, the OA assists with managing office supplies and inventory, processing documentation, scheduling interviews and meetings, supporting onboarding, maintaining employee files, and preparing materials for team activities. Through strong organization and attention to detail, the OA helps ensure administrative systems run smoothly, allowing operational and clinical teams to focus on delivering quality services.
Clinical Supervisor
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Advanced Crisis Solutions, your primary responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments and creating Crisis Stabilization Plans. Your role is crucial in implementing effective treatment plans and programming for your clients. By leveraging your clinical knowledge, you'll design strategies for individuals with developmental disabilities and guide the staff involved in these interventions. Your efforts aim to establish a safe environment that minimizes crises and enhances the well-being of those served.
Assistant Clinical Supervisor
The Assistant Clinical Supervisor (ACS) supports the Clinical Supervisor in overseeing behavioral services and ensuring high-quality implementation of client treatment programs. Reporting to the Clinical Supervisor, the ACS provides direct oversight and coaching to Behavior Technicians, monitors treatment integrity, conducts field observations, and offers real-time feedback. Responsibilities include reviewing client progress data, assisting with treatment plan development, participating in clinical team meetings, leading BT trainings, and collaborating on clinical decision-making. Serving as the bridge between treatment design and frontline implementation, the ACS ensures that behavior intervention plans are delivered accurately, effectively, and consistently to promote meaningful client progress.
Behavioral Case Manager
The role of the Behavioral Case Manager (CM) involves collaborating with regional centers, clients, residential providers, and families to enhance client quality of life and achieve behavioral stability. As the primary point of contact, the CM assumes a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to, chairing professional meetings for assigned cases, developing training materials, facilitating client-specific meetings, training primary caregivers, and instructing behavioral skills to consumers.
Operations Manager
The Operations Manager (OM) oversees daily clinic and field-based crisis operations to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across locations. Reporting to the Director of Operations and supervising Operations Team Leads, the OM supports frontline leadership, ensures compliance with organizational standards, and drives staff development. Responsibilities include supervising OTLs, reviewing operational metrics, monitoring service quality, coordinating PCM and Ukeru trainings, overseeing onboarding, addressing staffing needs, and collaborating with senior leadership to strengthen systems, improve performance, and sustain effective crisis stabilization services.
Operations Team Lead
The Operations Team Lead (OTL) is responsible for leading the field work of our crisis stabilization program, managing our Behavior Technicians (BT), and supporting the behavioral case managers and clinical team. The OTL supports the initial setup of services, the maintenance of ongoing services, and ensures all crisis stabilization services are delivered in a professional and safe manner.
Behavior Technician
The Behavior Technician (BT) position serves a critical function in providing professional interventions to both children and adults experiencing a crisis. Our BT’s are at the forefront of delivering compassionate, hands-on support, helping individuals navigate challenging situations with skill and care. Their work helps create a supportive and stable environment, giving families peace of mind and confidence in their loved one's progress and well-being.

Summary: You will intervene professionally for both adults and children experiencing challenging behaviors, providing services in a variety of locations. You will create a positive, fun, and safe environment, ensuring each client’s time with us is supportive and effective in promoting their growth and well-being.
Work Schedule: Multiple slots available, including full-time, part-time, 8-hour shifts, 4-hour shifts, and weekend availability.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must pass Professional Crisis Management – Practitioner 2 coursework provided by ACS within 60 days of employment
Must pass a fingerprint clearance and sign a criminal record statement
Must pass a health screening exam and have reliable transportation
Must possess or be able to obtain CPR and First Aid training within the first two weeks of employment
Preferred Education and Experience:
College courses in behavior analysis, psychology, early childhood education, and/or special education
Prior experience implementing behavior programs and managing crisis behavior
Current Professional Crisis Management certification and/or previous experience with crisis management programs
Prior experience working with people with developmental disabilities

Work Schedule: Primarily weekday hours, with occasional weekends and evenings.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Advanced Crisis Solutions’ (ACS) Clinical Supervisor (CS) is responsible for all aspects of assessment, treatment, case supervision, and programming for clients throughout the client’s cycle of treatment. The CS will supervise the clinical aspects of the ACS Case Manager’s (CM) role. The CS partners with the CM, the client, and other stakeholders (e.g. primary caregivers, Adult Residential Facilities (ARFs), funding sources, etc.) working towards improving independence, quality of life, and decreasing challenging behavior.
Pay Range: Starting Wage: 90,000.00+ annual
Work Schedule: – 5 Weekdays (M-F) 9am – 5pm
Minimum Qualifications:
● Active BCBA Certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
● Mastery of all knowledge, skills, and abilities on the BACB’s BCBA Task List
● 2+ years experience working in a 2 or 3-tier behavior analytic service model as a BCBA.
● 2 years experience working with adults with developmental disabilities
● Successful completion of Professional Crisis Management - Practitioner 2 course provided by ACS within 60 days of employment
● Successful completion of a comprehensive background check, including criminal history and employment verification.
● Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
● Successful completion of pre-employment physical examination
● Ability to perform physical tasks related to the position, such as standing, walking, bending, lifting, etc.
● Ability to work remotely three weeks out of the month and one week out of the month at the ACS office and in the community.
Preferred Qualifications
● 5+ years experience working in a 2 or 3-tier behavior analytic service model
● Experience working with adults with diagnoses outside of autism.
● Training and experience relating to child development, psychology, and other similar fields of study
● Previous experience with crisis management programs, interdisciplinary teams, and CA Regional Centers
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for ensuring quality, timely completion of the following:
● Adherence to ethical standards and guidelines set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
● Completion of initial assessments of clients to identify behavioral needs and goals.
● Development of individualized, function-based treatment plans based on the principles of ABA.
● Design and implementation of data collection systems to monitor client progress.
● Regular data analysis to assess the effectiveness of behavior interventions and adjust plans accordingly.
● Documentation and maintenance of assessment findings, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory requirements.
● Training caregivers and staff on effective implementation of behavior intervention plans.
● Collaboration with professionals (e.g. psychologists, educators, and therapists) and stakeholders (e.g. families, caregivers, funding sources, community resources) to provide support and guidance.
● Facilitation of meetings and discussions to ensure coordinated care and effective communication.
● Supervision of CMs.
● Other duties as assigned
